Terms & Conditions
PRICE
- All prices listed on the online shop are in Singapore Dollar.
- We make every effort to ensure that the prices and details of Products detailed are correct but we reserve the right to vary the price and other details of the Products without notice.
- In the event of different special offers or promotions being made available to the Customer simultaneously for the same Product, the Customer may elect one such offer or promotion per Product but shall not be entitled to a combination of all such offers or promotions per Product.
PAYMENT
- Payment for Products ordered through the online shop can be made by VISA card, Mastercard or Paypal through Paypal payment gateway.
- Customers are notified by email on successful online orders.
LOCAL DELIVERY
- All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation and receipt of payment.
- Currently we deliver to Singapore addresses only. For overseas delivery please visit thisiseden.org
- All products to be delivered are first bubble wrapped and put into envelopes.
- All delivery will be through registered mail at a flat rate of $5 per transaction by local post office. It will take about 2 working days for small order and 5 working days for large order.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS
- We do not offer any returns or refunds on any of our products, only exchanges.
- We do our best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any defect or damaged of the products and need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@eden.nephotec.com.
- Our exchange policy for each purchase lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. We may, but does not undertake, to notify the Customer of such changes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order and we have no responsibility to notify the Customer of any changes to the Terms and Conditions prior to the coming into effect of such changes or otherwise.
